These pages contain professional information concerning my work as a lecturer at the Faculty of Science and Technology" of the University of Lille. My working time is divided between my teaching in the Biology department, and my research activities in Plant Cell Wall dynamics team from the UMR UGSF 8476 (CNRS).

Briefly, my research activities focus on the study of the degradation of the plant cell wall by coupling enzymology approaches and classical analyzes of carbohydrate polymers with 'Omics' approaches such as metabarcoding, metatranscriptomics and metaproteomics.

As a teacher in the biology department, I am in charge of biology and plant physiology courses, providing lectures, tutorials and practical work. I also provide some training in bioinformatics. I am the director of studies for the BiVA training courses (Bioanalysis and Valorization of Agroresources) of the Master's in Chemistry and Life Sciences (Master CSV) since September 2022.
